Parga and Sivota Islands and the Blue Lagoon cruise is a great way to see the beauties of mainland Greece’s coastal scenery. Enjoy the views from your departure, since you will have an excellent view of Corfu Old Town from the sea.
Once we have reached the mainland, the ship will enter the stunning cave of Sivota, where a Greek submarine was hidden during the Second World War. In this very area, battles took place in ancient times between Corfiots and Corinthians, and some locals say that many of the vessels used for these battles are still laying at the bottom of the sea.
After this stop, you will reach Blue Lagoon bay, the place where Arabian pirates moored their ships in the Middle Ages. Enjoy this moment diving into the amazing blue waters of the cove, borrowing a pair of goggles from the crew, and feel the unique sensation of the rays of sunlight as they go through the sea from above!
The beautiful village of Parga will be our next stop. Walkthrough its wonderful narrow streets to discover romantic side alleys and pathways beneath the imposing remains of the Venetian castle. As you might expect, the castle also offers some stunning views over Parga and the Ionian Sea. Discover little shops with handcrafted products all around the city, have a drink at one of the traditional seafront tavernas, or enjoy swimming in one of the three beaches of Parga.
A very complete day cruise to enjoy the seaside, landscapes, a typical Greek fishing village, and a lot of swimming!
